Cookie & storage policy

What your browser remembers, why it remembers it, and how you can clear it.

Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser and send back with requests. Local storage is a separate browser feature that keeps preferences on your device. Our world-clock workspace uses local storage to remember choices you make.

Saved world-clock preferences

Pinned clocks · wc-pins
Remembers the time zones you pin in the world-clock workspace. Stored on your device until you remove it.
Time format · wc-h12
Remembers whether you prefer a 12-hour or 24-hour clock. Stored on your device until you remove it.

These preferences are not used by the public tools to create an advertising profile.

Third-party services

Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces. Website hosting and security services may use their own technical mechanisms to deliver and protect pages. Their processing is described in the privacy policy.

Advertising cookies

Ads are disabled, and Google AdSense code is not currently loaded. If this changes, this policy will be updated and any required advertising consent controls will be provided before advertising technologies are activated.

Managing saved data

In your browser’s privacy or site settings, find zonemeridian.com and clear its cookies and site data. This removes saved clock preferences and restores the default choices on your next visit. You can also restrict storage in your browser, although remembered preferences may then be unavailable.

Deleting site data does not remove countdown links you have already shared, copies in someone else’s browser, or service-provider logs.
